Army Family Covenant Signed at Mannheim

MANNHEIM, Germany - The Army community of Mannheim, Germany, joined the worldwide Army Family Covenant program with a Nov. 2 signing ceremony that included Brig. Gen. Susan Lawrence, commander of 5th Signal Command, cutting a cake for attendees. Other community leaders participating were: Lt. Col. Jeffrey Fletcher, U.S. Army Garrison commander, 5th Signal Command Sgt. Maj. Roderick Johnson and USAG Mannheim Command Sgt. Maj. June Seay.
