JOINT SECURITY STATION INDIA, Iraq - Alonzo Bodden, winner of the third season of "Last Comic Standing," tells jokes to Soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division stationed at Joint Security Station India, Iraq, May 5, 2011. Bodden, a native of Los Angeles, showed his appreciation to Soldiers by bringing them laughs and building their morale.

Scott Kennedy, Carmen Lynch and Alonzo Bodden performed for Soldiers deployed in support of Operation New Dawn. "(My Soldiers) are out here in a forward deployed environment, so they don't get much chance for outside entertainment," said Capt. Frank Toomey, commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Bn., 7th Cav. Regt. "It gives them a chance to laugh and gives them live entertainment."

Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, enjoyed a morning of jokes from Kennedy and fellow "Last Comic Standing" comedians Alonzo Bodden and Carmen Lynch. "This is my way of supporting my country," said Kennedy. "My nephew was in the initial invasion and got no entertainment, so that is why I continuously come out."
