The JFHQNCR/MDW Anti-terrorism Branch chief, Marvin Solomon, (wearing a suit) stands with the most recent graduating "Unit Anti-terrorism officer Course" at Fort Belvoir, 22 Apr. 2011.  This course prepares Anti-terrorism Officers with the skills and knowledge required to be an advisor to the commander and provide anti-terrorism awareness training.
