FORT LEE, Va. - As one of his final duties as Chief of Transportation, Brig. Gen. Edward F. Dorman III accompanies Maj. Gen. James L. Hodge, Combined Arms Support Command commanding general, as they review the troops April 19. Dorman relinquished command to Col. Stephen E. Farmen during the formal ceremony here.
