Spc. Ryan Barger of Allendale, Mich. places a wooden plank onto a concrete pillar as part of the Leadership Reaction Course at Fort Custer, Mich. during 300th Military Police Brigade's Best Warrior Competition. Barger and two other Soldiers had to negotiate the obstacle course with an ammo can over a 14 foot chasm. Barger was the junior enlisted winner of the four-day event.
