U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground Commander Col. Orlando Ortiz and Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney Rhoades visit Harford Technical High School, where students built a replica of the Pooles Island Light House March 11. Principal, Charles G. Hagan and students discussed the various parts of the lighthouse project, which will include a time capsule that will be buried during the installation's Arbor Day and Earth Day observances on April 29.
