BABIL, Iraq - Gen. Lloyd J. Austin, commander of United States Forces-Iraq, speaks to Soldiers of the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment before coining them on Contingency Operating Site Kalsu March 26, 2011. Austin coined the Soldiers for their dedication and outstanding performance and stressed the importance of team recognition.
