BABIL, Iraq - A 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment Soldier ties a strand of razor wire to a barrier on Contingency Operating Site Kalsu Friday. The wire is being used as a force protection measure for the Iraqi Army compound that will soon be opened on Kalsu. The compound will allow for an increase in training and mission opportunities for Iraqi and American forces in Babil. (110211-A-8856R-026)
