Civilian employees at the 99th Regional Support Command got a special treat when Maj. Gen. William D.R. Waff, commanding general of the 99th RSC presented 10 individuals with certificates Feb. 10 at the Major John P. More than 46,000 Soldiers, 400 Headquarters and 300 facilities are located in the 99th's 13-state area of responsibility that stretches from Maine to Virginia.
