HRC-STL closes due to BRAC: Get ID/CAC service from alternate sourcesFort Knox, Ky. - Due to the base realignment and closure, or BRAC, process mandated by Congress in 2005, the U.S. Army Human Resources Command's three main sites have consolidated at Fort Knox, Ky.
