HRC-STL closes due to BRAC: Get ID/CAC service from alternate sources

Fort Knox, Ky. - Due to the base realignment and closure, or BRAC, process mandated by Congress in 2005, the U.S. Army Human Resources Command's three main sites have consolidated at Fort Knox, Ky. HRC-St. Louis and its Human Resources Contact Center will permanently close Dec. 22 at noon.

As a result, the HRCC at the Federal Records Center in Overland, Mo., will no longer provide ID card service or common access card, or CAC, service using the Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System's Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System, commonly known as DEERS/RAPIDS.

However, Army employees, Soldiers and their family members as well as veterans can be served at one of the ID card sites below:
