PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan - U.S. Army Spc. Christopher Dobbins, a CH-47 Chinook mechanic, D Company, Task Force Phoenix, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, works under the center cargo hook door at Bagram Airfield Dec. 9.  Dobbins, a native of Long Beach, Calif., is a part of a phase maintenance team currently working on a CH-47 Chinook.  Phase maintenance is performed reguarly to ensure readiness.
