ARLINGTON, Va. -- A cast of current and former Soldier-vocalists will present "Home for the Holidays" Dec. 4 at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Gateway to Arlington National Cemetery.

The Center for American Military Music Opportunity's concert gift to the National Capital Region is scheduled for 7 p.m. Admission is free.

Vicki Golding, winner of the Army Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation's 2006 Military Idol singing contest, will lead a cast of Army Entertainment Division performers from Christmas past and present.

Golding will be joined by Jason Hanna, Daren Taylor, Laura Snyder, Rena Cunningham, Victor Hurtado and special guest Blake Esse.

David Ylvisaker will provide orchestration and piano, along with percussionist Mike Hamilton and Taylor on guitar for the 14-song event produced by Cathie Lechareas.

Most of the performers either toured with the U.S. Army Soldier Show, Army Entertainment Division's marquee event, or participated in Operation Rising Star, the current version of Military Idol.
