Music, traditional dance and sumptuous food were the order of the day at the Aberdeen Proving Ground Hispanic Celebration Sept. 29 at the Aberdeen Area Recreation Center.
Guest speaker Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Alberto Jimenez captivated the audience with remarks that captured the Hispanic Heritage Month theme: "Heritage, Diversity, Integrity and Honor: The Renewed Hope of America."
