CECOM commander visits Tobyhanna Forward Repair Activity

Tim Goodrich (right), electronics digital computer mechanic, explains the process of receiving and returning electronic repairs at Tobyhanna's Forward Repair Activity (FRA) to Maj. Gen. Randolph P. Strong, commanding general of the Army Communications-Electronics Command, during his Sept. 23 visit to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.  Tobyhanna's FRA West Branch directs nearly 100 employees based at several military installations on the west coast and in Hawaii, Alaska, Korea and Japan.

Strong, commanding general of the Army Communications-Electronics Command, tours Tobyhanna's Standard Army Management Information System repair shop during his Sept. 23 visit to the Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
