396th Harbormaster Detachment Soldiers return home from Kuwait

Private 1st Class William Tierney of the 396th Harbormaster Detachment, 11th Transportation Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, meets his daughter for the first time after returning home from a 12-month deployment to Kuwait Naval Base.
