New Army Congressional Fellowship Program members visit JFHQNCR/MDW

Col. Richard Swengros, J3, explains the capabilities of the Joint Operations Center to new members of the Army Congressional Fellowship Program on Ft. McNair Aug. 13.  The purpose of the Army Congressional Fellowship Program is to educate and train selected Army officers and civilians in all aspects of congressional activities.  The Army Congressional Fellowship program is three and a half years long and includes pursuit of a Master's Degree in Legislative Affairs.
