Fort Riley Soldiers sign Army Community Covenant with Saline County

SALINA, Kan. - Spc. Harold Gallagher, a Soldier with the Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, his wife, Tomomi Gallagher, and their two children, Sara, 7, and Andrew, 5, sign the Saline County Army Community Covenant Aug. 4 in Salina, Kan., as members of the Fort Riley command group, CAB Soldiers, Saline County commissioners and community members look on. The Covenant re-affirms the commitment between Fort Riley, Kan., and Saline County to support and sustain each other's communities.
