Local Reserve Soldier return home from year-long deployment

JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. - Staff Sgt. Paul Martin embraces a fellow Soldier of the 716th Quartermaster Company from Jersey City, N.J., as they deplane July 29 after a year-long deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan. Martin was unable to deploy with the unit because he was one of several Soldiers wounded at the Fort Hood shooting Nov. 5, 2009.
