The 16 Soldiers competing in the U.S. Forces Command Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Competition receive the Army Physical Fitness Test briefing prior to the second event of the competition here at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, July 27.  The four-day competition pits eight Soldiers and eight NCOs against one another in order to determine the best of the best from active-duty, National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers under U.S. Forces Command.
