West Point Welcomes New Band Commander

West Point Band Commander Lt. Col. Timothy Holtan conducted his last concert at Trophy Point July 3, at West Point, N.Y., before Maj. James Keene took over command at a Change of Command ceremony during the concert. Lt. Gen. Buster Hagenbeck, West Point Superintendent, hands the drum major mace to Keene, who replaces Holtan as band commander.
