Watervliet kicks off weeklong Army Birthday celebrations

Watervliet Arsenal Commander Col. Scott N. Fletcher was the keynote speaker at the Village of Menands, N.Y., military appreciation picnic on June 13. Fletcher took the opportunity to talk about the Army\'s Birthday to the local community audience that included Congressman Paul Tonko and Albany County Executive Mike Breslin.
