<b>SACRAMENTO, Calif.</b> - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District commander Col. Tom Chapman (center), serves cake during the Sacramento District's celebration of the U.S. Army's 235th birthday here June 14. "Take pride that you're part of the U.S. Army," Chapman said to District employees in opening remarks. "And also take pride that with the work we're doing you're giving pride back to the service."
