CAMP LIBERTY, IRAQ- Sgt. Timothy Smith of the 812th Quartermaster Company, 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 15th Sustainment Brigade, and a native of Corpus Christi, Texas, works with a customer contractor picking up water from the Oasis Bottle Water Plant.
