Maj. Gen. Karl R. Horst, commanding general Joint Force Headquarter- National Capitol Region and The U.S. Army Military District of Washington, participates in a public wreath laying ceremony with middle school students from the Wenatchee School District, Wenatchee, Washington at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington Cemetery on March 30, 2010. Maj. Gen. Horst attended elementary, middle and high school in Wenatchee, Washington and hosted the group during their visit to Arlington Cemetery.
