CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq-(Left to Right) Brig. Gen. Thomas S. Vandal, the deputy commanding general, 3d Infantry Division and United States Division - North, reenlists Sgt. Raphael Williams, a native of the Virgin Islands and a human resources noncommissioned officer with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 15th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).
