* Course first taught as pilot program at Fort Benning in July 2005

* Full implementation: June 4, 2006

* Final BOLC II training cycle started Nov. 1

* Number of lieutenants who attended BOLC II: 28,866 (Fort Benning - 15,214; Fort Sill, Okla. - 13,652)

* Total graduates: 28,554 (98.9 percent)
