Installation Management Command Commander Lt. Gen. Rick Lynch takes a look at the U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern’s new Warrior Zone during his first visit to the area March 9 at the Java Café on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. The Warrior Zone is a part of the Department of Defense’s initiative of “Return and Recreate” and offers Soldiers and their guests a place to hang out and socialize.
