Soldiers of the 15th Sustainment Brigade rear detachment, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and Family members race into spring by hosting the brigade's first annual "Amazing Race" scheduled for 3 p.m. at the 15th Sust. Bde. headquarters building, here April 1.

"Team Wagonmaster", Family members and friends celebrated the first annual Wagonmaster Fall Festival in October 2009. During the festival, family members enjoyed a spooky maze, face painting and trick or treating.

In December, junior Wagonmasters assisted Lt. Col. Evangeline Saiz, rear detachment commander, 15th Sust. Bde., 13th ESC, with the second annual Christmas lighting tree ceremony. The tree was light outside the brigade headquarters to help Santa find his way to Wagonmaster town. Family and friends enjoyed a winter wonderland maze filled with festive trees and crafts that were decorated and designed by the Soldiers and were entertained by a Nana Puddin' puppet show. Santa ended the night by taking photographs with the junior Wagonmasters.

Team Wagonmaster will be hosting the Amazing Race on April 1. The day will be filled with races, obstacles and fun for all ages. This event is open to the public. For more information on the Amazing Race, call 287-6932 or visit www.supporttheaction.net.
