FORT HOOD, Texas- Stephanie O'Banion, president of the Belton area Chamber of Commerce holds a street sign as Jim Covington, the mayor of Belton, Texas reads a proclamation to Col. Larry Phelps, commander of the 15th Sust. Bde., 13th ESC, and his command team during a video teleconference at the brigade's headquarters building, here Jan. 22.   The street sign that reads, "Wagonmaster Way" will be hung to designate an area in Belton's Yettie Polk Park.  Covington stated that a covered wagon with hopes of a story board to share the brigade's story with the park's visitors will be place there as well. (U.S. Army photo by Cpl. FORT HOOD, Texas- Jim Covington, Mayor of Belton, Texas shows an engraved brick to Col. Larry Phelps, commander of the 15th Sust. Bde., 13th ESC and his command team during a video teleconference at the brigade's headquarters building, here Jan. 22.  The brick that reads, "15th Sustainment Brigade, Belton's Heroes", will be displayed in Belton's Patriot Way Brickwalk that is located in historic downtown Belton.  Covington also read in the proclamation that a tree will be planted with a monument in Belton's Heritage Park in the spring to pay tribute to their heroes of the 15th Sustainment Brigade.
