The U. S. Army Chorus and Orchestra performed for the first time in 2010 at the Vienna Presbyterian Church under the guest baton of Duain Wolfe, conductor of the Chicago Symphony Chorus.

The well-received concert, reviewed by Washington Post music critic Joe Banno (see link for review) included guest appearances by soprano Diane Atherton and operatic countertenor David Daniels.

Duain Wolfe is in his 15th season as director of the Chicago Symphony Chorus, having been appointed to the position by Daniel Barenboim in the spring of 1994.
