Fort Gillem firefighter Kenneth Lee climbs Truck 1's ladder to reinstall an emergency siren in the 500 area of Fort Gillem Dec. 21. The siren, a crucial part of the post wide Emergency Warning Alerting System, was removed earlier to undergo repairs. The replacement of the siren was part of a joint effort between the U.S. Army Garrison Directorate of Public Works/Directorate of Logistics, the Ginn Group and the USAG Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services.
