The CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) aspires to be the Army's premier Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities provider. CECOM LCMC develops, acquires, provides and sustains world-wide C4ISR systems and Battle Command capabilities for the joint Warfighter. A subordinate of the Army Materiel Command (AMC), CECOM LCMC and its strategic partners are vital members of the new Materiel Enterprise, providing C4ISR systems and sustainment to Army forces through the Army Force Generation process.
CECOM LCMC is presently located at Fort Monmouth in New Jersey, however is in the process of relocating to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland as part of implementing the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Plan.
The command receives support from the CECOM Contracting Center.

CECOM LCMC is a key player in Army Team C4ISR, an inter-dependent life cycle management team comprised of independent and inter-dependent organizations that are responsible for the life cycle management of C4ISR systems.
