The 3rd Cavalry Regiment will deploy to the Republic of Korea to replace the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, as part of the regular rotation of forces. The 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, will deploy to Europe to replace the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, as part of the regular rotation of forces.
