Maintained in accordance with Federal, Department of War (DoW), and Department of the Army (DA) regulations, ADPAAS ensures that commanders have real-time visibility on the safety and needs of their personnel.

New Mobile Application
You can now easily log in on the go. During an evacuation or crisis, you can quickly update your profile, add family members, and complete your accountability reporting from your smartphone. (https://adpaas.army.mil)
Streamlined User Interface
The redesigned web portal makes it simpler for all components (Active, Guard, Reserve), DA Civilians, NAF employees, contractors, and eligible family members to report their status.

Fully migrated to a secure cloud environment, ensuring the system remains fast, reliable, and accessible even during large-scale or multiple simultaneous disasters.

The Army is actively executing several major modernization efforts to ensure we can achieve 100 percent disaster accountability within hours, rather than days or weeks.
Evacuation Operations Module
A new tool in development that will allow commanders to seamlessly track authorized evacuees and their displaced locations before, during, and after a disaster.
IPPS-A Integration
Synchronizing with the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) to automatically refresh unit structures, increasing the speed and accuracy of accountability reporting.
Mobile Training Teams
Expanding training for new ADPAAS Command Officer Representatives (CORs) to raise program awareness and improve unit-level response times.
