Command Sergeant Major Edward Bower was born in Allentown, PA and entered the Army July 1999. He attended basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and advanced individual training at Ft. Bliss, TX where he was awarded the primary MOS 88M Motor Transport Operator.
