In alignment with Army directives, CECOM SEC continues to prioritize scalability and modernization to enable Soldier success.

CI/CD

Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodology has enabled CECOM SEC to rapidly deliver stakeholder requirements while adhering to legacy maintenance policies.

CECOM SEC’s modernized approach allows the center to drive development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) for agile delivery to Soldiers. Instead of software teams using a write, then test, then deploy method, the Army is relying on automation, cloud functions, and continuous updates to build, secure, and fix applications faster.

AI

AI Flow is a secure artificial intelligence product designed by CECOM SEC data engineers to help people in their day-to-day jobs. The app supports various business functions, including manpower & personnel management, hiring & onboarding, timekeeping, records management, repository management, document generation, travel, training, supplies, mail, and more.

CECOM SEC’s Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) also developed an AI tool that can generate code to alter radio-frequency waveforms. The product was a combination of AI Flow with ARAT’s Simulation Modeling Framework tool.

LC/NC

The Center has also begun employing Low Code No Code (LCNC) methods which enable non-technical personnel to build simplified embedded software functions to rapidly enhance operational capabilities. Based around prebuilt components and minimal coding, LCNC accelerates software delivery to Soldiers.
