ACC-Redstone Arsenal closes fiscal 2025 with $34 billion in contract awards

REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. – U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal closed out fiscal year 2025 with more than $34.2 billion in contract awards, marking one of the most impactful years in the center’s history and underscoring the vital role its workforce plays in delivering capabilities to the Army, the joint force and allied partners.

Nearly 900 contracting and acquisition professionals obligated 13,973 contract actions over the past year, ranging from small business awards that fuel innovation to multi-billion-dollar production contracts that strengthen the nation’s defense posture. The center capped the year by awarding the largest single obligation in its recent history, valued at more than $2.6 billion.

“This achievement reflects the extraordinary dedication, technical expertise and mission focus of the ACC-RSA workforce,” said Joseph Giunta Jr., executive director of ACC-RSA. “From rapid acquisition solutions to major production programs, our team continues to deliver decisive contracting outcomes that enable readiness, strengthen deterrence, expand lethality and support Soldiers around the globe.”

Several major efforts contributed to this year’s success. The definitization of a $9.8 billion multi-year contract with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control will procure 1,970 Patriot Advanced Capability-3 Missile Segment Enhancement missiles and associated hardware for U.S. and international partners. ACC-RSA and Program Executive Office Missiles and Space also awarded an $8.1 billion contract to produce the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System, supporting production of up to 14,004 rockets through fiscal 2027. The organization also advanced the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft program, accelerating Bell’s MV-75 production timeline by several years to deliver capability to Soldiers sooner.
