Fort Leavenworth welcomes new Garrison Commander

On July 1st the Fort Leavenworth Garrison said goodbye to an outstanding leader and welcomed another. Outgoing Garrison Commander Col. Duane Mosier relinquished the garrison colors to incoming Commander Col. Todd Sunday in a change of command ceremony officiated by Installation Management Command, Training Directorate Director Mr. William Kidd.

Col. Sunday comes to the Fort Leavenworth team from the U.S. Army War College and Col. Mosier remains at Fort Leavenworth and moves on to be the Director of the School for Command Preparation at Army University.
