For one week, students participate in hands-on STEM modules, experiments, and tours, engaging in fun activities that are relevant to the real world and emphasize STEM careers. From radio frequency jamming to working on high-speed cameras, middle school students explore the vast array of careers the White Sands Missile Range has to offer.

The GEMS Program, sponsored by the Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP), is an application-based program geared toward students who may not have considered STEM careers.
