Disc Golf Tournament May 24, 2025, at the Fort Leavenworth Disc Golf Course by Camp Conestoga, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Team The Rose and Thorn went up against three other teams: the DPW Discers, No Chains and Dumb and Dumber. Soldiers, families, retirees and civilians were encouraged to get and stay fit during the annual Strong B.A.N.D.S. (Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength) promotion offered over the past month. Other Stong B.A.N.D.S. activities included a weight-lifting competition and a softball tournament.
