FORT KNOX, Ky. — Registration is open for military parents to sign up their children to attend this year’s Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to noon July 21-25.
Organizers from the Fort Knox Religious Support Office say they are gearing up to make the week, themed “True North, Trusting Jesus in a Wild World,” a memorable one for every child who has completed kindergarten through 5th Grade.
Parents are being asked to park across the street at Prichard Chapel 15-20 minutes before 9 a.m. on Day 1 to ensure their registration is accurate. They should plan to arrive sometime before 9 a.m. every day afterward and walk them across the street every day to the RSO campus, located at 226 S. 8th Armored Division Ave. Parents will pick up their children at noon.

There is no cost to attend the summer program and no dress code. Parents whose children have food allergies or other medical issues can identify them on the registration form.
Anybody interested in volunteering must be at least 13 years old and pass a background check. The process takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. For more information or to volunteer, call 502-624-8556.
