Fort Knox ASAP and Lincoln Trail officials will provide disposable medication packets for those who have several medicine bottles to dispose of. While Binter and the Ireland Army Health Clinic pharmacy have disposal boxes for small amounts of bottles, there are other ways to get rid of large amounts, according to officials.

They will also hand out flyers with information on where and when to dispose of medicine.

The pharmacy is located at 160 Binter St., above the Main Exchange complex. For more information on the event or for support and additional alcohol and drug training, call 502-624-1537.
