With the theme “Continuous Transformation of the Unified Network in FY25 and Beyond”, the UNS provided a forum to synchronize efforts, identify key challenges, and drive critical decisions.
Topics of discussion included the recently released Army Unified Network Plan (AUNP) 2.0, tactical network convergence, and priority initiatives to enhance network resilience and security. Leaders also examined strategies for Zero Trust implementation, data-centric performance metrics, and transformation of the Army’s information technology portfolio to drive future success.
With three-star leadership present, the Summit served as a pivotal decision-making forum, reinforcing the Army’s commitment to accelerating Unified Network capabilities.
“It is important for us to know what has changed so we know what the environment looks like”, Lt. Gen. Rey said. “Thank you to the team who helped shape this. This was an excellent event, and we raised our game even higher than expected”.
