FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. — The 2025 Department of Defense Tenant Satisfaction Housing Survey will launch and be available to Fort Gregg-Adams residents from March 3 – May 1.

All on-post residents permanently assigned to Fort Gregg-Adams, living in family housing or in the barracks, are encouraged to submit a survey, which will provide feedback to help improve the quality of housing, customer service and overall resident satisfaction.

Housing residents will receive an email from CEL & Associates, a third-party DoD uses to administer the survey. The email will provide each resident with an access code and link to the survey. Each household or barracks resident may only complete one survey.

This year’s survey designed to be more user friendly than previous year, with fewer questions than before, said Albert G. Williams, Fort Gregg-Adams housing chief.

The surveys offer an opportunity to share your experience and offer suggestions and constructive criticism about what you like and how the housing experience can be improved.

“We want to hear your voice,” Williams said.

No personal data is tabulated and taking the survey in no way identifies the participant or the residence.

If residents do not receive the CEL email by March 4, they should email

ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to obtain a survey link. Please provide your barracks address and room number, or your Gregg-Adams Family Housing address and our installation name in the e-mail.

Participation in the survey is voluntary, but each resident is highly encouraged to take the time and submit their answers.

In addition to Fort Gregg-Adams, the survey is also being distributed to other Army installations participating in the Residential Community Initiative family housing privatization program.
