Address change: CMR to PSC

By USAG ItalyJanuary 17, 2025

The Postal Service Center (PSC) is a "one-stop shop" where you can access all customer service windows, including official mail, postal finance (outgoing mail), and package pick-up. From now on, please ensure your address is labeled as PSC and no longer CMR.

(CMR is no longer used but mail will still arrive to our location if addressed as such.)

See below for the exact way to write your address using PSC.

Some systems such as banks may have already updated their systems without you making a change. Log in and check that any ongoing correspondence or bills have the new change from CMR to PSC.

Please DO NOT add "Vicenza" or " Italy" or “USA” into the address below. APO addresses are considered to be domestic addresses within the U.S. postal system and postal rates are the same as sending items within the United States.
