A treat for fans of famous blocks and fast cars! A full-size car from Lego Technic has arrived in Poznań

They can be seen in Posnania.

In September, the LEGO Group and McLaren Automotive took on the most difficult challenge in LEGO Technic history, building a drivable McLaren P1 car with bricks. McLaren F1 driver Lando Norris even got behind the wheel and completed a full lap of the British Silverstone racetrack.

- This life-size replica of the McLaren P1 is made from 342,817 LEGO Technic pieces and weighs approximately 1,220 kg. The car has fully functional steering, making it the first LEGO creation capable of steering and cornering on a race track. The vehicle is equipped with electric motors consisting of a LEGO Technic Function battery and an electric car battery, allowing it to travel further than any other full-size LEGO model before it. The construction process involved 23 design, engineering and construction experts from the LEGO Group and McLaren Automotive. The entire project took the builders 8,344 hours and required 393 different LEGO Technic pieces, say the parties involved in this unusual project.

Now the car made of blocks has arrived in our city. It can be seen in the Posnania shopping center until November 16. Those interested can make a smaller replica of the car in the comfort of their own home - the LEGO blocks that make it possible cost almost 2,000 PLN.

Americans elect a president on Tuesday. Voting also at Camp Kościuszko in Poznań

There are 140 U.S. citizens eligible to vote here.

As reported by RMF FM, most American soldiers stationed in Poznań have already voted using traditional mail, some have voted online. All US soldiers currently in Poland had to inform the local government they come from that they will be voting while in Poland. They then receive ballots, which they then send back to America.

Among the American soldiers stationed in Poznań, there are those who are casting their votes for the fourth time while on a mission outside the country.

Let us recall that Americans are choosing between Republican Donald Trump and Democratic Kamala Harris. Throughout the campaign, the candidates have maintained similar results in the polls, which means that the fate of the American presidency will hang in the balance until the very end.
