The meeting afforded McLeod and his colleagues the opportunity to provide an overview of NSPA's mission and capabilities, strengthen their relationship with USASAC and answer any questions Manning or others may have. USASAC manages the Army’s foreign military sales mission and has a $281 billion FMS portfolio with more than 136 nations and 11 agencies.
