The importance of being a leader by active listening and fostering a culture of trust and respect was a key takeaway for me,” she shared. Crisostomo added, “I have learned to control my emotions, understand my weaknesses, and be a better communicator and listener.”
The PRISE program's structured approach and support from seasoned instructors have proven instrumental in shaping competent and confident leaders. The testimonials from this year's graduates are a window into the program's success in fostering leadership qualities that align with the Army's values of duty, respect, and selfless service.
At the conclusion of the PRISE ceremony, the graduates were praised with applause and congratulated by their peers.
