TRADOC Proponent Office-Synthetic Training Environment (TPO-STE) farewelled Col. Jason West and welcomed Col. Philip Buswell during a change of charter ceremony July 11, 2024 at the National Simulation Center's Combined Arms Center-Training Innovation Facility, Fort Leavenworth, Kan.
Combined Arms Center-Training Deputy Edward Bohnemann hosted the event. TPO-STE is one of CAC-T's subordinate organizations under the National Simulation Center.

West will be assuming responsibility as the director of the Cross Functional Team-Synthetic Training Environment in Orlando Fla. Buswell comes to TPO-STE from Special Operations Command Africa where he served as the director of Strategy, Engagements and Plans.
