Good afternoon, Team,
As we transition into the busy summer months, it's important to prioritize our individual training. Currently, our goal is to achieve a 90% completion rate command wide by 1 July, and we're currently at a 73% completion rate. Notably, our teammates in ISEC, IG, and the G-2 have already achieved over 90% completion, which is fantastic! Please make sure to take some time to focus on your training when possible.
The annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey is underway until 5 July. This survey serves as a vital tool for our command team to gather your feedback on leadership, management practices, and overall satisfaction within our working environments. Past FEVS results have directly led to the implementation of several initiatives such as PRISE training, pre-hire assessments, feedback sessions, and performance standards for supervisors. When you receive your survey invitation from the Office of Personnel Management, please dedicate 20 minutes to complete it. Your participation is valued, and if you have any inquiries, don't hesitate to contact the G-1.
I would also like to take a moment to highlight an opportunity for an engaging discussion on the history of the U.S. Army. Our very own James Riseley, Associate Director of Readiness and Field Support at ILSC, will lead a monthly discussion focusing on U.S. Army history available to all CECOM employees. The second session will take place on Wednesday, 5 JUNE from 1100 to 1200. Those interested in attending virtually can use this Teams link. For more information, please reach out to the program coordinator, Adena Meninger at adena.j.meninger.ctr@army.mil.
